Stood in line for about 10-15 minutes just for an incompetent worker to tell me they only have one 6 inch piece of wheat bread... left and that they are all out with the impression that they are closing or not making anymore? I asked why and was given aridiculously lazy answer that was ?idk? It?s 3:00 in the afternoon and you aren?t prepared for a dinner rush or just dinner ingeneral? Showed up at 6:40pm on a Saturday. Store says they are open until 9:30. Was informed that they were closing when I walked in. If... you don't have the staff to run this place until the closing time management should probably change the hours. Not happy that Idrove a ways to get here to find out this. Read more
I gave 5 stars because it was the lunch hour on a Saturday and there was ONE young man behind the counter handling it all with a... long line and doing it with a smile. For safety reasons I was surprised that the store remained open with only one employee buthe deserves a raise up because he was awesome! I wish I got his name to share. The date was Saturday 9/24/22. Horrible customer service today.The store was empty? not busy. The woman at the counter stood there. I gave my order? a 6 inch... #10 on white bread? She just stood there rolled her eyes and said? what kinda bread?? I repeated? white please?. Then Imentioned to leave out the tomatoes and she said? whoa wait wait ? is it 6 inch ? And I repeated ? 6 inch is correct?. I thensaid? I want the # 10 ( I think it was the third time) She said ? whatever? took some turkey and threw it on some bread. Even though they were understaffed, the two employees, one who was new ????, did a good job keeping up. Yes, there was a wait,... but, it was understandable. I ordered a teriyaki chicken sub on wheat ???? bread ????. It did taste good ????. The app andcoupon worked here. Dine in available. I recommend this Subway. Read more
It was truly a bad experience.???? So me and my parents went to this subway and the first thing I saw. Was food on the tables... and the floor, so gross and so not sanitary. We literally had to ask them to clean the tables so we could sit down and eat. Whenthat was done, I went to the bathroom to go wash my hands before I ate. I tried opening the door, but it was locked. And I amassuming both were locked and get this they lost there key to unlock the bathroom doors. So they told us there waiting forsomeone to come to unlock the bathroom doors. So I sat there looking through my purse for my hand sanitizer, but I couldn't findit. So I was going to wait until my parents finished eating to go home and wash my hands to eat. Sense I couldn't see a handsanitizer station to use. It took them a hot minute to figure where it was. And it was not in a good visible place to see orfind. After all that I sanitized my hands and opened my sandwich. Only to find that the mozzarella was melted to the paper.Which made it hard to get off, so I pulled the sandwich off the best I could. I could barely taste the mozzarella after that,all I tasted was the bread and the tomato. I would have given it Zero stars, if I could. They need to do better on sanitizingand keep the floors and tables clean. Who knows if they keep there soda machine and makes sure that the ice machine is clean aswell. And for the bathrooms they should have put up a sign explaining why there locked and couldn't be opened. And I stronglyadvise that you don't go to that subway. Read more
Going back to Boston after finishing my school, I decided to stop by at this Subway location for lunch. Previously I've been to... different Subway franchises. The one I visited today surprised me positively. The guy working there is very knowledgeable andattentive. The best point I really have to mention is he used a clean knife ???? feeling that I don't eat non-kosher products.Please, give the guy a rise! He deserves it! Appreciate it! Read more
The poor kid working didn't have any lettuce,cucumber,time to slice tomatoes, banana peppers, soda machine was out of order,no... wheat bread, could only do exact change and was working alone. He got screwed by not having what he needed and so did everyoneelse. My sandwich barely had anything in it but it's not that kids fault. Read more
