Lived in the area for 1 1/2 years and haven't had many good experiences at this location. I was a store manager for another... McDonalds so I know what's allowed or can be done. You pull up to the speaker and will sit there with no introduction or beingasked to wait a moment while the other lane will have 4 cars go through. It's just silent. I usually have to start talking tothem first to get them to respond. The few times I've gone in, there are no greetings. I have been in the store with my childrenand grandchildren and can hear the back of the house yelling at each other and even cussing. Completely unprofessional. Cashingout in drive thru has never been a problem. I get pulled forward about 80% of the time, which I don't mind if it's for freshfood, but I'll get cold fries and a messy cheeseburger. I order extra caramel drizzle in my iced coffee but barely get any, if Iget any at all. I've even been told that one manager doesn't "allow" it if it is ordered. I know that it can be done. Being inHoopeston, there aren't many choices for dining out so it's sad that they can't seem to do better. There are some managers andcrew that are sweet and good at customer service skills. Lot of business but still slow and the food didn't seem fresh. Fries were warm not steaming. Cheese burger not much to say.... Friendly crew ,that's a plus. Still got alot of work for them to get better. Read more

Terrible . Manager screamed at cashier to not take anymore orders from the counter . Only two vehicles in the drive up and this... manager said no counter orders because they were swamped . The owner needs to find a competent manager because this isn't acompetent manager ,lady infront of us was waiting in her order from 15 minutes prior . Three customers shouldn't be considered"swamped" and screaming at employees and customers . Read more

Nice place but not one of the employees seem to care about the garbage levels. You can see the high level of garbage walking in... and also in the men?s washroom. The restaurant is empty at lunchtime so ?being too busy to throw out the garbage? would not be agood excuse. Read more
Longest wait I've ever had at McDonald's. Tons of staff standing around doing nothing. Watched the manager touch the telephone... and then food without washing her hands. Finally get my food just to have to reassemble my sandwich because it came like this,photo below, while listening to the manger yell at the staff to answer the phone so she didn't have to touch it. Mind youyelling with attitude clearly directed at me for calling her on her actions. Also, just to make the dining experience moreenjoyable, there's a plethora of fly in both the dining and kitchen area. Oh and the burger sucked! Read more
Still wishing the fries were hot!!! I'm beginning to think their fryers need to be calibrated to the correct cooking... temperature. I hate getting under cooked fries!!! Read more
