So many items to look at. Some everyday items and many more items that either I've never seen before or haven't seen in a long... time. Snacks for all flavors. Some cool statues, items and vehicles outside for taking pictures with. It's a fun place to stopand look around. Easy place to find a gift for most people. Read more
Reviewing this place from the perspective of a local. Pros: Veteran-friendly. Tons of merchandise. Seems like kids would love... it. This place has a lot of character. If you're looking to decorate your cabin or Christmas shop, you're sure to find someoptions you'll love! Cons: Prices are quite high, but it does seem to be catered to tourists. The staff (its always the sameguy when I go) is cold and unwelcoming. Has been rude at times. Parking is weird and people just seem to wing it. If you're atourist with money burning a hole in your pocket, make a stop by. You may find the perfect gift, or even a photo op with thegiant statues outside. For locals, there are places with friendlier staff and better prices to justify going here. Read more

Great selection of items. So much in one place.
Very cool store Veteran owned and Veterans employed business. Lots of interesting items in there. The cider donuts were... delicious fresh melt in your mouth. The staff is very friendly and make sure you buy some of their BBQ rubs while there. Alsogive a military discount to those who served. I'll be back for sure next time I'm through there. Read more
This is such an amazing find on Rt 7 headed into Vermont. You really can?t miss the moose. This store has so many incredible... finds. There is literally something for everyone in this store from Sweet Little delicious treats to retro candy that youremember from your childhood. Knickknacks to jerky. Old soda pop and retro candy. Frankly, I feel cheated by my visit to Big Moose Deli and Country Store. We were drawn in by their fun exterior and large ?CIDER... DONUTS? signs, and entered to see a packed store full of quirky merchandise. We made the unfortunate mistake of purchasing some.6 cider donuts were $12, and were clearly made in a factory, nothing homemade or authentic about them. After buying some BOGOmaple syrup it was clear that they had prices that were just roughly twice what you would expect to pay for decent Vermont Maplesyrup. Overpriced and misleading.
