Awful customer service, got my order wrong many times in the past, one such time ?rich? a few years ago called the police on me... because he got my order wrong and I raised my voice. The worst Dunkin, the staff is and manger are super disrespectful and rude.
Had a beacon egg and cheese on toasted sour dough bread, was very good.
This is the worst Dunkin? Donuts I have ever been to in my entire life. It does not matter if there is no one in the... drive-through line it does not matter if there is one car or 10 cars. It literally takes them 5 to 10 minutes per car to processhere. I do not understand it. It appears that they have enough staff, because when I go inside there?s always a 3 to 5 peopleworking. The employees are very nice and courteous but they really do not do a good job at doing what they?re supposed to. Ihonestly will never go back to this Dunkin Donuts because I have given it so many chances over the past four years and it?s aliterally the same every single time that I go there. Half the time after waiting in line for five minutes for the one carthat?s in front of me I end up leaving and going to give my business elsewhere . It?s a shame that they are allowed to continuebusiness this way, because I cannot imagine that I?m the only one that?s complained. And it?s more of a shame because it?s asmall town and there?s not a lot of options. Management needs to pay attention to what?s going on here and improve the servicesat this location. Read more
Waited in the drive thru line for 20 min before our order was even taken, there was only 2 cars in front of us. Then waited... another 10 min before we received our order, of 1 hot coffee and 1 iced coffee. This Dunks only does 1 order at a time and eventhen they screw the order up. Read more
I live in Hoosick and every weekend that I try and go there the wait time is beyond ridiculous!!! Yes the ladies are friendly... behind the counter, but when you start making the other customers wait bc of personal conversations, that's just annoying!!!They NEVER have what I want to order, so I then usually resort to just a hot chocolate and well now today they serve hot wateras hot chocolate! So since I have been living in this town for one month, I will NOT be returning ever again!!!!! Read more
This Dunkin? Donuts is my favorite Dunkin? in the area.. the only Dunkin? that ever gets my orders correct. The ladies at this... Dunkin go above and beyond for their customers. They have many regulars that go here, and they always know what their regularsorders are and have them ready sometimes before even ordering! Keep up the good work ladies. Your Dunkin rocks!!!
