I hate to write this review because I have eaten there often for a long time. First, the food is always good - no problems... there. Very good, no problems, and generally quick service. That being said the last *two* times ive been there the dine-in hasbeen locked during normal hours despite there being a big sign outside that says "DINE IN NOW OPEN". If its a staffing problemor whatever then its fine, everyone understands, but take that sign down. If its poor and lazy management and employees thenfire them, else you'll turn into Wendys down the street. I will be pleased to revise this review in the future because thisArbys generally is good. I use to work for arbys. But the people they have at this location is very sad and poor. They are very rude and slow. I know one... of the ASM that work at this location and it's still very sad. I was on drive thru and heard whoever was on the speakerliterally yelling at this older lady because she spoke. Very pathetic, I know it's hard to find people but arbys you're betteroff changing operating hours than providing this kind of service. This arbys (Lorna road) you want to stay away from. I knew I shouldnt have gone here after not seeing any cars there during... lunch or dinner hours, but I gave 2 shots. The first, 5 months ago and was not very good. The second, tonight and it wasabsolutely awful. I live 2.7 miles away and fries got cold during that long drive home. The place looked closed while drivingup... I think they should go ahead and close. Will not be returning and would not reccomend. Read more
They kicked me out of the lobby when I was trying to pick up a DoorDash, even tho the app said to come inside and the door was... open... Wasting my time and delaying my customers order. Tell the manager to pay more so you can have staff. I blamemanagement. They must be stupid. Read more
As I pulled into the drive thru I was told to wait. While I was placing my order a car pulls around me. She pulls in front of me... and proceeds to place five (5) separate orders This turned in to a 30 minute wait by the time I pulled out. I was very upsetabout this as you can imagine. The man working the window tried to do the right thing and was going to comp me ½ price. Whichwould stopped this entire complaint. Then a woman from the back said something to him. He then came back and said he cant companything. Full price! I asked to speak to the manager, who was not there. He also had no card for her. He did verysheepishly give me a card for a sandwich. However the lack of professionalism from that employee and the resending of what hesaid is something that is very disappointing. Dont know if I will return to that restaurant and with all the news about Arby'sit concerns me for safety and as now about this. As a bi-lateral upper body amputee and 50% total burn victim my life hardenough. So when I get to go out my service dog, also goes with me.
