I ordered my breakfast sandwich on a bun and the lady had the nerve to tell me that their bun machine was broken. I love the... Cajun filet and I like it on a bun! This lady was too lazy to go get a bun out of the package to put my sandwich on, that's whatreally happened here. One of my favorite chicken restaurants. Very disappointed in the service and my food order. First I had to wait twenty minutes... for them to fry the chicken then the young lady on drive thru need more training in customer service and last but least afterhaving to wait on my order it was not correct. DO NOT order from them through doordash. Apparently they give door dash orders whatever they need to get rid of instead what was... actually ordered. This is my second time ordering and both experiences were horrible. First time, my chicken "legs" weren't muchbigger than my thumb. The second time, i did not receive the drinks I ordered, i received 2 sides of green beans instead of themac and cheese and dirty rice I ordered.
