I ordered my breakfast sandwich on a bun and the lady had the nerve to tell me that their bun machine was broken. I love the... Cajun filet and I like it on a bun! This lady was too lazy to go get a bun out of the package to put my sandwich on, that's whatreally happened here. One of my favorite chicken restaurants. Very disappointed in the service and my food order. First I had to wait twenty minutes... for them to fry the chicken then the young lady on drive thru need more training in customer service and last but least afterhaving to wait on my order it was not correct. They really needs to do better. May not ever visit that location again Read more

DO NOT order from them through doordash. Apparently they give door dash orders whatever they need to get rid of instead what was... actually ordered. This is my second time ordering and both experiences were horrible. First time, my chicken "legs" weren't muchbigger than my thumb. The second time, i did not receive the drinks I ordered, i received 2 sides of green beans instead of themac and cheese and dirty rice I ordered. I called them to let them know and they tried to put the blame on door dash. I informedthem that my receipt was in the bag and it stated what I ordered from doordash. Read more
Its always something whenever we go to this store. Went here for breakfast at 5:56 and they were suppose to be open at 5. After... being there a while a lady came on and told us "we not open" aggressively. If she was a little more polite it wouldn't have beenthat bad, I would have disregarded the fact that they weren't open. But this store has too much people with no customer service. The food I ended up getting was pretty good, I've never been to this chain. However this store was out of a good bit of Chicken... Products which is seemingly the entire point of the restaurant. Very good service & food that I got but how can you be out ofyour staple food. Read more
Service is absolutely terrible. I was rushed through my order and the order taker (older female) was extremely rude. I got to... the window and asked if I could purchase two Bo?s sauces. She told me they don?t have them anymore so I asked for two ranches.She said ?WE DONT DO ADD ONS AT THE WINDOW, YOULL HAVE TO GO BACK THEOUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH TO PURCHASE THE RANCH.?
