Rudest lady ever. Pulled up to order and after 5 minutes I thought maybe the speaker didn't work. Pulled up to the window and... was told they don't take orders at the window. Just moved nearby. Went 5 times. Once I got breakfastt. One time they were out of sausage the next time they were out of... sausage and bacon. The next time they said it would be at least 20 min if you order anything. The last time I went I was likehoping they were going to be able to serve me. They were out of hashbrowns. This establishment is a joke ! The drive through line is still only thing open. as soon as you pull up you are greeted with I?m... the only one here hold on . And when you try to order when they finally return they have attitude. What a joke . The managershould be fired! Read more
Sad that the Pelham BK shut down so we visited this one and was happy with the whole experience! The bathroom and restaurant... were clean (a big deal bc my toddler touches everything). They got our orders right and everything was hot. The workers werehelpful and kind and gave my kids their crowns so we were all happy. I was shocked to see all the 1 star reviews! This BKexceeded my fast food expectations and makes me wish my BK didn't shut down 'cuz I miss the Whopper! I'm glad we had a goodexperience at this BK, bc we'll definitely be back! :) Read more
Sandwich was okay but fries were cold. The sandwiches on their outdoor signs look big and delicious but when you get it, you... can eat it in two bites. What a let down. Read more
Do not recomend this location. They are absolutely the slowest workers I have ever encountered at any Burger King. 20 minutes... in drive through with 2 cars in front of me. This is the 3rd time being this slow. Figure give the benefit of the doubt inother two very slow visits... not again. Slowness was not a fluke. FYI... taco bell next door is just as slow. Dear GM of this establishment. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR ANS FIRE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR WORTHLESS LAZY EMPLOYEES. drive thru line... didn?t move for 10 minutes they weren?t even taking orders. I drove around and 3 ladies were leaning up against the window andcounters having a hilarious conversation from what it looked like. Placed a mobile app order for drive-thru pick up and was asked to come inside when I got to the drive- thru. I'm Not Uber or... Door-Dash just a regular (no longer) customer. Used to prefer taste over McD's, but has deteriorated. Read more
