This location has gone seriously downhill. From when it first opened in 2016 it was wonderful. Great service, friendly... employees, clean dining room. Now it's like they've traded employees with a McDonald's or something. Unfriendly employees whoseem inconvenienced that you're there, slow service and order line, dirty tables and trash on the floors. And don't even get mestarted on the drive thru. Moved here from Troy, where I loved my local Chick-fil-A. Fortunately this location also lived up to my expectations. Yes, it's... busy sometimes but it's delicious so of course it's going to be popular. I've skipped the long lines now by ordering on the appand that helps tremendously. It's a shame when you wait 10+ minutes for your order and your food, especially the hash browns, aren't worthy of being eaten. ...
