This location has gone seriously downhill. From when it first opened in 2016 it was wonderful. Great service, friendly... employees, clean dining room. Now it's like they've traded employees with a McDonald's or something. Unfriendly employees whoseem inconvenienced that you're there, slow service and order line, dirty tables and trash on the floors. And don't even get mestarted on the drive thru. Normally the food is amazing but I got a salad this time and I don?t think they?re weighing out portions correctly. I?ve... attached a photo. The salad barely fills half of the container. Moved here from Troy, where I loved my local Chick-fil-A. Fortunately this location also lived up to my expectations. Yes, it's... busy sometimes but it's delicious so of course it's going to be popular. I've skipped the long lines now by ordering on the appand that helps tremendously. Specifically chose to visit this location because of the usually consistent drive thru experience AND hot fresh Chicken... sandwich. #1 meal to be exact. I had to wait forever in the one drive thru lane and the usual employee taking order and paymentwas not there. It was around 8 pm and many cars in line. Even the "my pleasure" spoken at the pickup window was terrible. Let metell you the wait was not worth the food I received! The fries were very hot and delicious but the quantity was very small.Usually I can never finish my fries but finished them and was so disappointed I did not receive a full serving.. The very worstpart was the chicken sandwich. It tasted bad, was rubbery and the crispy breaded was not there. I seriously had to force myselfto eat half of it because I wouldn't have another chance to eat that night. If anyone has tried the new chicken sandwich fromMcDonald's that looks like a Chic-fil-A knock off then you know how bad it is. Stood in line for a good bit to even start my order while 5 to 6 employees stood over and helped one customer. I didn?t even get... asked what sauces I wanted. Not good compared to all the other chick-fil-a?s. Not very good customer service and half theemployees stand around just not doing anything. Never had this problem with a chick-fil-a before. Very disappointing. As you cantell from the pictures it?s just people standing waiting and employees also standing around doing nothing. It's a shame when you wait 10+ minutes for your order and your food, especially the hash browns, aren't worthy of being eaten. ... Not sure how a restaurant can be so busy yet the food is not hot enough to enjoy. Over the past 3-5 visits, the customerexperience continues to decline and not meeting the brand standards. Read more
