The drive thru is horrible and they are wayyyyy to slow. I spent 25 minutes in the drive thru on a Monday night after normal... dinner hours. I have been a few times and my food has not been hot. Read more
Really great since the new building has been finished. I love the new designs it?s very fast and friendly.
5th messed up order including the last one which is a re-do. We ordered chicken strips and a sandwich meal and received only... breading and burnt fries. The last order was missing the fries completely. The manager wanted to only replace portions of themeal which was unprofessional. Not the same after the new construction. Read more
We were so excited for the new launch but disappointed with our first experience back. I drove through at 10:28am to order lunch... for my 3yo and they wouldn?t put the order in for me since lunch starts at 10:30. I was blocked in so just ordered nuggets formyself instead of a full meal, waited in line 10mins and then pulled back through to get her kids meal? really tough experiencefor a mom with young child. I have been here three times since it reopened after the remodeling. I have been through the drive thru and twice I opted to go... inside to pick up my mobile orders. I believe that has been faster than the drive thru. They have a walk out door where theyhave to bring the food to you which I feel slows the process down. If you use the Chick-Fil-A app you can earn points towardsfree available rewards of your choice. I do miss the spicy chicken burrito and the oatmeal from the morning menu. I really wouldlike to see those items brought back but I know it won?t happen. Read more

We love you chik fil a? but please please, when we order a large fry.. fill up the box?
