Terrible customer service thru delivery service. If they do not have what you ordered, no attempt to contact you for alternative... and just give you what is handy. They pay no attention to Added Notes. And, they pay no attention to how many vegetables youorder and pay for. Someone needs to double check outgoing orders. Read more
The food is excellent & service is also outstanding. My husband had the catfish, jalapeno hushpuppies, collards, cabbage, green... beans & peanut butter pie. I had beef tips & rice, collards, fried okra, cornbread & carrot raisin salad (haven't had carrotraisin salad this good since Chick-fil-A stopped serving it). Everything we had was delicious & the servings were more thanample. The reason for only 4 stars is for the most uncomfortable chairs EVER! Even so, more than worth a little discomfort. Read more
We were not aware of this gem until about an hour before trying it for ourselves (thanks to a Google search). Very good "meat n... three" choices at reasonable prices. All four of us tried a variety of meats and vegetables with no disappointments. Read more
After wanting to try the food here for a while my husband and I stopped in this afternoon and unfortunately were almost... instantly disappointed. The service was spectacular and is the only reason I could give 2 stars instead of just one. We both hadmeatloaf and mash potatoes. He had Mac and cheese I had the fried green tomatoes. The meatloaf resembled canned cat food andtasted almost as bad. I could only manage to eat one bite and my husband maybe had 3 bites. Potatoes and Mac were both dry andbland. Almost like reheated leftovers. Tomatoes had a batter on them instead of cornmeal and were definitely not what I expectedout of the dish a place is named after. First time to eat here. I ordered country fried steak and veggies. Order was prepared quickly and hot. They also had Splenda tea... along with regular tea. Very good and can dine inside. We will definitely be return customers. Fried green tomatoes were tastyas well. Read more

I had a 3 vegetable plate and it was outstanding. I highly recommend the jalepeno hush puppies. Excellent!
