I wish I could give this one worker zero stars. I walk in and she asks if I had placed a pick up order and I told her no that I... would like to place a Togo order and she shakes her head and says ?f***? and then when I sign my receipt without a tip shecrumbled it up and threw the receipt down on the counter while shaking her head. I would have gladly left a tip per usual if shewasn?t so unpleasant from the moment I walked in the door. She then proceeded to treat the customer after me the exact same way.I understand people have bad days but this was obscured!! Read more

The customer service at this store is lacking, to say the least. I placed an order at this location through Doordash on the... evening of July 28. After the order was placed and excepted, the unprofessional associate called to let me know the order wouldhave to be canceled bc they are out of bread. She stated the funds would be refunded to my card in a few days. Fast forward toAug 2, the charge is no longer pending but is complete. Meaning i was charged for an order i did not receive. I proceeded tocall the store as directed by Doordash. The manager, who i won't name explained that he would need to call Doordash as themanager to have the refund completed. He said i should see the refund next day. Next day, no refund. I called back and themanager today was also of ZERO help. The order should have never been excepted by the store bc they knew they had no bread.Which is obsurd all by itself. Take responsibility for your mistakes. You don't get to keep money you didn't earn, and then actas if i did something. Thankfully i called Doordash, and after them being unsuccessful at contacting the store, they made mewhole. No more Jimmy Johns for me. Read more

First off this is not a bash session. I've been going to this location for over 4yrs and the service was always on point until... today. I ordered two unwich sandwiches and both were missing ingredients and incorrect (Not to mention I don't eat pork and minehad bacon added) so I call the location and they agreed to remake both.. And both were missing ingredients again. Smh at thispoint just fire the sandwich artist ugh! Read more

Ordered and paid for delivery around 8:15pm. Called at 8:53pm, knowing that they close at 9. Was told multiple times by the... staff that the food was coming. Never got food after 2hrs of waiting. Do not want a coupon and they can keep the money from theorder. Just want an explanation. First and last time ordering from this location. Read more

Fed up! No quality control! Gone down-hill since Jimmy John sold the company. Once again, I waited over 30 min for my order,... and it was missing the chips and cookie. Called the store about it. Waited another 30 min, and they delivered the wrongcookie. I have been enjoying the exact same meal for 35 years back to when I was a college student were Jimmy John opened hisfirst restaurant. I was very disappointed with my sandwich and my service. This was my first time ordering on line and my last. I had more bread,... lettuce, and four tiny tomatoes.
