3 1/2 *'s 2-3 months ago... 0 *'s now If you want extra most bestest Italian sausage do NOT go to lorna road location. Guess... which one is from their website and which one I got home with.... We have gotten our pizza here many times. Dont know whatchanged, but the last 2 months the "extra most bestest" has not been (both sausage and pepperoni). And the crust has been undercooked. Will be paying extra somewhere else... rather pay a little more for much more than a little less for much less... thislocation needs to figure out what has changed and fix it. Read more
Visited drive tru 6/23 4:20ish. Asked for usual fresh out of oven. Cook/manager maybe? Instructed the cashier to serve out of... warmer anyway and just see what happens. I could hear her. I took it because i had all ready paid and didnt trust her to make itfresh at this point. Plus just maybe it was just put in there. Wrong!!!! What happen was I ened up with old pizza and ICB gothard immediately as cooling. ICB was brown on top and i saw cashier inspect it b4 serving it to me. Very disapointed. Niceimpression Little Ceasers is making as the new "Offical Pizza of the NFL" guess that means nothing but they paided up. We'llnot with my money. Not after today. Read more
This Little Ceaser's is a mess!! Very negligent staff. Way to much standing around and chit-chatting and not enough moving... around and actually working!!!. They barely acknowledged the customers at all when I went there this past Friday. The looks onthe customer's faces said all. It was a mistake on my part that I didn't know about the pick-up only policy, were customersonly enter the building to pick up there pizza. I did call over the phone to place an order a little later, understanding I'dprobably be put on hold during this busy night. But I received NO ANSWER AT ALL!!! TWICE!!! Pulled up to the drive thru and waited for someone to get our order. After about 5 minutes of no service and several workers... walking by I tried to get their attention no luck. I pulled out and walked in and was again ignored while they acknowledgedother customers and even went to the drive thru to get an order. I complained but to no avail. After about 15 minutes of beingignored and treated rudely I left. Apparently it is harder than you think to get a cheap pizza that is not even that good. Rudeworkers and not good pizza. Read more
I have nothing but good things to say about this location! Whenever I want my pizza done right, this is where I go! What is done... right for me? Well, it is NOT a burnt pizza and my pepperoni is NOT curled up so tight you can't see it! ???????? ???? This place is totally hit or miss... The last few times I have gone and used the portal and it has been pretty good. In the past... we have had some serious wait issuez and orders being wrong. It seems when I order cheese pizza there no cheese for real...Anyway, it's okay. Pictured is a cheese pizza, if that what you call it... Update 9-25-2020 They have disabled the app, whichis how I order. Now when you try to call they don't answer or you get a recording of the line is busy. My kids love littleceasars but we will definitely NOT be returning to this store. It has been bad for a long time but this is the last straw. Read more
The store is more busy than in the past. The pizza is a bit disappointing when compared to other pizza chains like Papa John's.... The best option is the cheese bread. I wouldn't go for the pizza. Great presentation but the flavor lacks... Read more
I love this location! The staff is sweet & friendly and work as fast as humanly possible, Lol! I even mentioned today is my 9yr... old's birthday and asked if they could make a smiley pizza and they did with no hesitation or extra wait! Ms. Kelley even wrotehim a card. Read more
