Very poor experience. Walked up to the counter to order, only person in line, and the rice guy was too busy talking to his... coworker to take my order. I stood there patiently and he finally clapped his hands in an aggressive manner towards me andasked "what Choo want" with a look on his face like I was bothering him. I told him "nothing" and walked out and drove acrossthe street to Chipotle. Very warm welcome at Chipotle. Will NEVER eat at the Lorna Moe's again. Read more

This place was SO rude. The guy asked what he could get us, but had a head set on and literally wasn?t looking in our direction.... So we stood and waited, and then he gave us this rude look and said what do you want! While shrugging his shoulders, like we didsomething wrong. I then told him I?m sorry, you weren?t looking at us and you had the headset on, it seemed like you weretalking to drive thru. He had zero response about my comment and just said what do you want?! Then proceeded to be prettyunhappy about fixing our order. I don?t live in the area, but if I did, I wouldn?t be back. If my son wasn?t set on his order Iwould?ve just left. After that I only ordered his food and me and my daughter went somewhere else. Not worth your time, or yourmoney. And the mild salsa was spicy, they put the wrong labels up. Their cheese sauce is very good for eating with chips. Steak burrito with guacamole was fresh and tasty.
Service is bad customer service is definitely dead at this place. Will not be going again! Had to repeat my order over and over.... Only for him to say I was talking can you say that again. This was my first time here and I must say that the food was awesome. I had a homewrecker bowl and I was able to choose what I... want on it. I ate off it three different times. Customer service was on point. I love it and will be back soon. Read more
The food was good and the service was excellent, they let me sample things to see if i liked them before even buying which was... nice for being a first time customer. If I had to chose Moe's over Chipotle any day it would be Moes. Good food, great portionsand excellent service. Read more
