I have eaten here many times and the food is always good and fresh. I ate here tonight & sat at the bar since it was super... crowded. I met the most sweetest young lady name, Makiyah. She served my husband & I with the best attitude. I told her I wasgrateful for her kindness, paying attention to detail & being the best waitress. I hope we always get her plus she had the bestsmile. I'm not usually a big fan of Olive Gardens in general, but this place is pretty good. The salad is still kind of basic and... white, wilted lettuce, but the service was good and so was the food. We were celebrating a birthday and I like how they wroteHappy Birthday in chocolate syrup on the plate. Was a nice touch. Read more

A nice place deserves to wait in line for 1hour. Overall, it’s a restaurant with perfect environment and food for friends... gathering. I chose the shrimp, it’s fresh and well seasoned. The cheese add on after served is good for its price. theenvironment is chill and bright, light and the aircon are setting as a comfortable. Read more

Kennedy was the best server I have ever had! And I eat at a lot of restaurants. The food was actually excellent. Their gnocchi... chicken soup is absolutely fantastic! Totally impressive atmosphere and service for a chain style restauranr. 9.5/10 would eathere again. And five Kennedy a raise. I don't know how much they make, but double it! Read more

Hostess was unfriendly and needed training in how to greet and treat us. Temperature in the entire restaurant was very cold. ... We asked hostess to please have the air conditioning turned down. She hesitated, seeming uninterested. Customers to our rightand left then supported our request. She said then, unenthusiastically, okay. A while later air conditioner continued to stayon. Finally, I asked a male waiter to ask the manager to change temp. He politely agreed and did so. However, after a while, still nothing happened. Eventually, manager came to our table, no smile and cooly said she had been busy in the kitchen whenthe young man told her. Apparently, the hostess had never said a word. Manager then went to change thermostat. Restaurantwarmed for a little while, then soon very cold air again. We gave up as the food was good and we would soon be leaving. Suggestion: Olive Garden needs to do some serious training of it's staff in PR and temp needs to be better regulated. We usedto go often, but for last 3-4 years have stayed away, mostly because of these very issues. One good note. Our waitress wasvery good, polite, skilled, attentive, obviously trained some other place. I live 1 1/2 miles from Olive Garden. It's a shamethis place where once we and friends loved to dine has gone down so much. Oh, very few customer in the restaurant for obviousreasons, so large crowd was no excuse for the service. Husband and I halved our meal, as we often do, as we do not eat as muchnow that we are Seniors. Read more

We went about 3 pm on a Friday. Not busy at all. The outside does show some age and I wondered if the quality inside was a... reflection of the outside. Inside was clean and open with the typical decor but it felt larger and more open than others wehave been in. We were seated right away. Our server was excellent! Salad and breadsticks came with our meals and we never gettired of those. And no, although the food isn't really "authentic" Italian, it was hot and fresh and deliciously seasoned. The lasagna was meaty and cheesy. We also took advantage of the $6.00 take home entree deal. I also had lasagna leftovers. Wealso took home orders of tiramasu which was better than anticipated. It was as good as what we have had with "fancy" dining. We would certainly go back again! Read more

Still some kinks! I know we've gone mask free and nearly gotten back to regular ol' times, but this place was just way... understaffed. Granted, it was Mother's day, but it took two hours to serve 2 of us. And larger tables all around us were seatedafter us and served before us. Our waiter felt so bad that he made every effort to comp us, including free desserts and drinks.By the end, we wished we'd done a to-go order because we felt trapped in a waiting game. Next time, take out! Read more
