Stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton and ordered our pizza. Took about 50 min to be delivered. Ordered the Pepperoni,... Hawaiian and cheese sticks and its the best looking and tasting pizza we have had in awhile. Presentation was ????. Definitelywill order again. Also got 20% off with the promo online. Read more

We are new to the area, We pulled in about 5 after 10pm and we have been driving for about 10 hours! We had the dogs with us... ,starving wanting to eat and go to bed!.. Papa John's...not what I expected! I ordered from them tonight to support my son's school and their delivery time was between... 30-40 minutes, called after 50 minutes to see what the status was because the tracker still said it was being made. The man thatanswered had nothing else to say other than it is just about to go in the oven and will be about 45 more minutes until delivery.Unreal!!! Don't have an unrealistic estimated time if you are going to make people wait to feed their families 2 hours afterordering!!!!! First and last time ordering from them. Read more
Wow, talk about rapid decline in service! I called to place an order because the website was down. After being redirected to a... call center to complete my order, the representative routed me back to this store, as I had a coupon I wanted to use. When theemployee answered the phone, he informed me that the store did not accept discounts over the phone nor did it take ordersdirectly. When I reached back out to the call center, they insisted that I would have to handle my coupon request with theindividual store. I'm guessing I'd have to walk into the store to use a coupon. This runaround proved a substantial wasted oftime. Papa John's used to have good service, but that apparently is in the past now. Read more

I accidentally ordered carry out tonight at this location. Unbeknownst to me, I thought I had ordered delivery but when I called... to say I had made a mistake, accidentally gave them the wrong cell number. The manager was so nice, he said he tried to call mebut I transposed a number as a typo. Anyway I picked up the pizza and the place is slammed. They had two out of six drivers showup for work tonight. The manager was hustling, was so apologetic and even offered to give my tip back. I told him to keep it,they needed it tonight especially. So I just want to say during this time of Covid variant and freezing in Alabama, try take iteasy on these people. They are providing a service that is very popular and doing the work of many who are either sickthemselves or don?t show up for work. The pizza was delicious- it was still hot when I got there. Don?t forget to tip and ifthey make a mistake don?t lose your mind, in the grand scheme of things we are lucky to have people working. Thank you PapaJohns.
