I have gone to this location many many times and the staff has always been friendly. Today, they were so rude. I go up to... desk and nobody said a word, I tell them what I want, gave them a coupon and was told it says cookie dough. Last week the girlbehind the desk ask me if I wanted cookie dough or cheezy bread. Ask why cause last week they offered it to me. So, OK I pickup pizza to leave and the ticket falls into he floor and she said you need to pick up that receipt. Total of 2 sentences said , It says cookie dough and pick up that receipt. The pizza is delicious, but I had a hard time with the wait. I put in an online order, which was suprisingly difficult, on a... Friday night and it said my pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. This seems to be a generic update that doesn't reflect how busythey might be. I got there very close to the 30 minute mark and my pizzas didn't start getting made until I got there. I endedup waiting another 30 minutes and was asked three times during my wait what my second pizza was. It wasn't significantly cheaperthan delivery and, when you add up the wait time, it took longer and required me to pick it up. Read more

I am always very happy with the quality and service from this location. The first thing I noticed when I walked in for the very... first time was that the place was sparkling clean from the top of the windows to the counter tops, glass dividers, and down tothe floor. That is always a good sign for food establishment. The next thing that struck me was how friendly and helpful allthe staff was. There were several employees working and they all were smiling and it looked like they were having fun anddidn?t hate their job. I?m sure I don?t have to tell you how rare of a thing that is to find in customer service these days. I?m not sure who runs or manages this location but I get the feeling they are doing it right.
