After waiting an hr, called the store location 7 times, then decided to go to the store. After I went to the store, thelady at the register got an attitude with me, asking me to pay again for the food after they already charged my card. Being 8pmand my kids hungry, I had no choice but to pay again and get them to make my food. No apologies, nothing. The Pizza Hut near me closed, so this is now the closest. I usually get the Super Supreme Pan crust and swap the Italian... sausage for bacon. I have to say, they build the pizza to look like it does in the commercials. This location impresses me. It was ready when I got there and I picked it up at the drive-thru window. Excellent! Very poor service. Ordered a large pizza and 2 liter of soda. Over 2 hours later the door dash delivery guy arrived with a... personal size pizza and no beverage. The restaurant does not answer their phone and their voice-mail is full. There is no way tocontact the local store for a refund unless you drive there in person. Read more
