After waiting an hr, called the store location 7 times, then decided to go to the store. After I went to the store, thelady at the register got an attitude with me, asking me to pay again for the food after they already charged my card. Being 8pmand my kids hungry, I had no choice but to pay again and get them to make my food. No apologies, nothing. The Pizza Hut near me closed, so this is now the closest. I usually get the Super Supreme Pan crust and swap the Italian... sausage for bacon. I have to say, they build the pizza to look like it does in the commercials. This location impresses me. It was ready when I got there and I picked it up at the drive-thru window. Excellent! Ordered a 2 pizza deal plus bread sticks. Got a text saying pizza was on it's way. I leave less than 10 minutes from pizza... store. After text saying it's on its way 30+ minutes later it arrived. Bread sticks and box were smashed like someone sat onthem and cold. Pizzas were cold, one had no sauce and the thin crispy crust one was soggy. Not ordering from here again!! Read more
I am extremely happy Puzza Hut resumed delivery service to my area. I have always preferred Pizza Hut brand over others as I... was raised on it. Food was as expected and appreciate the return of delivery. Today's order review is for a different orderthan above. Having become what I call addicted to the cinnamon sticks and cheesesticks, exhausted from a long day with no mealplus not wanting to prep meal or cook once home, I wanted something quick and knew the delivery time should be around 20minutes. This used to be closed but happy to see it is reopened. Now I don't have to drive to the Pelham location. It is also providing... me an alternative to Marcos which I have had issues with their cheese pizza 3 out of 4 times we've ordered from them and twodifferent locations on top of that. From Pizza hut we ordered a cheese pizza and a medium supreme. The cheese pizza wasoutstanding and the cheese pizza connoisseur was actually pleased with the quality. I see someone recently complained abouttheir pizza being cold but this wasn't the case this time. My only complaint would be to have a little more cheese withouthaving to order extra cheese on the supreme pizza to match the pictures on the TV and the flyers received in the mail. However, this seems to be the case no matter who you order your pizza from or in my case anyway. We will definitely be back to see ifthe quality stays the same. Read more
Very poor service. Ordered a large pizza and 2 liter of soda. Over 2 hours later the door dash delivery guy arrived with a... personal size pizza and no beverage. The restaurant does not answer their phone and their voice-mail is full. There is no way tocontact the local store for a refund unless you drive there in person. Read more
