The employees were rude and rushed my order, we were inside and face to face but the employee was having an attitude for no... reason and was not using appropriate language. As we were sitting down there were ants crawling on the floor and when I went tothe bathroom there was a roach walking around the walls, this is a new location but it seems like it?s not the best quality atthe end of the day it?s Taco Bell, but even for them I expected better standards. Terrible works... I can see they tried to save money from my food. Steak crunch wrap with old hash brown lots of eggs few pieces... of steak in corner... Where is all my meat? Night time is bad too. Left Marc 1 car washed, dipped across the street to try the NEW Taco Bell! Pulled up to drive through. I ordered the TB classic... Box for 5.00. No need to tell you what it included, as they change specials with the wind! ???? Instead, I will tell you aboutthe Wile Strawberry Freeze $1.00 slush! It was sooo tasty. Disgusting. Shame on you! Terrible terrible Taco Bell! The photos below are for a Crunchwrap supreme!!!! Can you count the... lettuce? Can you see the trace of sour cream? Can you see any cheese?? Do you see this nasty mess??!! We paid over $26 for this!And almost every time we go there we pay over $30. Wanna waste your money? Wanna be robbed of ur money? Wanna pay for higherprices and literally get nothing but leftovers? Something that looks like was taken out of the trash and served to you? Justhead to this specific location. We?ve been there about 8 times already hoping that it was just a one time problem, and wanted tosupport their new business, but every time gets worse. Worst Taco Bell food I've ever had in my life. Evidently had been under the heat lamp for hours, the grease had soaked all the... way through the shells, they were falling apart and it was mostly cold and if there was a teaspoon of meat on them you'd belucky. Came in to eat after 9pm but before 10 pm at night. Was happy that the dinner area was open cause I could eat inside and relax... after working. Went to the self order kiosk to place my own order. Ordered 2 burrito types and distinctly chose that I wantedto "dine in " on the checkout promp. So I waited a few minutes picking a good table to eat on. They called me up, but low andbehold my dine in meal was located in a take out bag. I mentioned to the worker behind the counter that I was a dine in,thinking there wouldn't be no problem to put the meal out of a bag and onto a tray with paper on it so I wouldn't have to eatoff the table. But oh no the worker said they had no tray to give. I said no dine in tray? that's right no dine in tray uphere. So I took my bag of food and as I was walking to my table to tear open my bag to put my food on cause there was no way Iwas gonna just eat ny burritos off of there wrappers without something under it. I looked over by one of the dining area trashcans and saw MULTIPLE dirty trays just stacked there that could have been cleaned and used for me. I guess no one wanted tocome around and get them. So needless to see I ate my 2 burritos off my torn carry out sack. What an experience huh? Want beback inside to eat ever again, not unless I bring my own paper plate to eat on.. Read more
