Not sure why this location is even open. It is severely under staffed making the employees who are there and extremely rude... because I'm sure they're overwhelmed and tired. I stopped going for a while but decided to give them another try for breakfast.The first time at 7:58 am I asked where the breakfast menu was, only to be barked at about how she hadn't changed it yet becausethey don't open until 8:00 am. Today I wait in the parking lot until 8:10, get to the drive through only to have no one come tothe speaker. I drove back around and no one ever came. I drove off as did several other cars. A one star because of no line. Went around 2:30pm and the food we ordered was not fresh as in burgers were dry and crunchy like... they been sitting for sometime under a heat lamp. Also, the fries were super cold and greasy. Very disappointed in this place.The drive through lady was not friendly at all. Just never spoke when spoken to. I rather drive out of my way and go to the onein Homewood that has much fresher food and much politer people. Hoover Wendy?s needs to close down. Explains why there is hardlyany business. Read more
Inside not open, which is unfortunate because we were on a long road trip and had wanted to stretch our legs and use the... bathroom after we got our food. The employee on the intercom seemed rude and just sounded like she didn't want to be there.However the food was fresh and we didn't wait long. They even got my drink right, and didn't add ice which seems like an easything but everyone always adds it. So overall not as bad as other reviews made it out to be. Read more
Not trying to be negative but I wouldn?t be able to find anything good to say about this Wendy?s if I tried. It?s not worth your... gas & time to sit through the drive thru line at night. At this point might just be better off closing this location if unableto find better employees to hire. Read more
Absolutely disgusted with the staff at this location. They are rude and disrespectful. I have never had a pleasant experience... and I promised myself that the last time was the last time of me ever attempting to support this company as a whole. People talkabout McDonalds but no if you want the worst experience as far as customer service and food drop by this location. I guaranteeyou won?t be disappointed. And to the worker that called me out of my name for simply asking for the managers number, let?s justsay I see why you are stuck where you are because you don?t have the decency or respect for any other position. I love Wendy's, but its worth your time and gas money to bypass this location. Rude window staff, always closes early, and they... will hand you a Frosty like this; making a giant mess in your cup holders, consol and clothes. Read more
If you ever wonder why you are having to wait in the drive thru line for over an hour (mine wasn?t by choice, was picking up a... prepaid order for someone else), this is why. Dining room closes at 3 and employees can?t be bothered to work like they are paidto do. Oh and they also decide to close the whole restaurant 3 hours early, leave the interior lights on, and let guests sit atthe speaker for 10 minutes waiting to be greeted, only then do they have the decency of putting the headset on and say ?we?reclosed?. If you?re that incapable of operating this (obvious) poorly ran business, at least try to be a decent human being andmake it known. Read more
I ordered 2 Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich, didn't have the mozzarella. The chicken sandwich was okay but it's missing the... wonderful cheese that was advertised and makes it special. So not worth my time or money..... Read more
