Service was good and fairly quick, but they messed up my order. Asked for certain things off my burger, I asked them to repeat... my order to confirm again at the window, and it was still wrong. They put so much mustard on my burger that I actually cannoteat it as its seeped through the bun (I have a very strong hate for mustard which is why I asked for no mustard lol). Onlygiving 2 stars for the man at the window being friendly and the drive thru line moving somewhat quick. Love Whataburger butreading other reviews after my experience, this location needs work. I went there for lunch on yesterday and order a Grilled Cobb salad. The front counter cashier Elycia was very nice. The food was... great and hospitality was awesome. I will return. She offer different kinds of ketchup which was amazing. So I took one ofeach.???? Read more
At 11pm went through the drive-thru for an easy burger and fries. Abysmally slow! We were one car back from the order thingy;... car in front of us sat there 15 minutes waiting for the voice on the speaker. Meanwhile 2 employees step outside for a break!?!When we eventually get to the window to pick up our simple meal, half the employees inside are standing around acting goofy.Zero sense of urgency. I have visited this location 3 times since it opened. Once for drive thru shake the second for a middle of afternoon dine in... meal. Both were fine. My most recent visit was a total loss. It was a Sat afternoon the drive in was full so I went inside. I was second line to order. I ordered a jr burger and drink. I waited with my drink for 25 minutes when the guy who orderedjust ahead of me received his order. I caught the eye of the lady who rung me up and she asked someone on the line about thestatus of my simple order. There was no response. Ten minutes later (a total of 35 minute wait) I still did not have my orderso I turned in my order number plackard and left. They need to figure it out before I come back....and bring back the nannerpudding shake!!! Read more
Went around dinner time ( 5 p.m.) The person that took my order was nice! The food was delivered in a timely manner. The young... lady that collected payment and gave me my food was very sweet! Food was hot and fresh! Overall a great experience! Read more
Have been twice now. Both times about 3 pm. They are extremely slow. Both times just got fries and drinks and 4 fries. Today it... took 20 minutes. Both times told them we were dining in and they bring our fries in a bag and are like. "OH, you are dining in?"And the workers are all soooo loud. I made a visit to Whataburger in Hoover for Breakfast! The Breakfast Plater was not good, eggs had lace and were over cooked, no... butter and no Jelly! Biscuit was great! Also had a breakfast sandwich with sausage,egg and cheese! It was serverd on a hamburgerbun! Not Good! As I drove through Whataburger, one employee was smoking in the back and another was smoking out front! Notprofessional! I will go back for Burgers but Not Breakfast! Read more
Just ordered dinner for breakfast and miss lakeisha the store manager was so personable and kind. I got hot fresh tenders with... all the sauce I ordered- plus she gave me a cookie which she didn't have to for my wait, that my son will enjoy. Top notchcustomer service. Can't wait to come back!
