I understand food is cooked to order; however, 45 minutes is too long to wait for wings. My order was incomplete with no... apology from the rude staff. Too much time wasted for HIGH priced wings that weren't even that good. The wings were hard asrocks and just as DRY. I've heard rave reviews for Wingstop and WAS excited for one to open in my area. I'll never go back, HUGEdisappointment. BTW, try PAR- cooking the wings to decrease the wait time, absolutely RIDICULOUS. Read more
Lemon pepper wings are just the best. This location convenient to interstate with easy in and out. Time from order to eating is... a little spotty as you may have to wait a bit for your order. They have a responsive order ahead online if you are into thatsort of thing. Free refill on drinks if dining in with fancy drink machine. Read more
This location is the best Wing Stop we have ever had. We are from Louisiana and were in town for work. The wings were ordered... extra crispy and they were cooked perfect. The food was fresh and took less than 20 minutes to come out. The inside of the storeis very clean and the workers were polite. The one guy came and brought free brownies to us and said thank you to us for beingpolite and friendly. Really great Wing Stop location! Read more
You call in for a pick up order and have an old lady who put me on hold 5 times before completing my order. She was more focused... on rushing me off the phone. When I walked in to pay the same older lady asked the manager for change and she was like we had nochange and grabbed $3 worth of change and threw them on the table. Even though the older lady was very apologetic over themanager doing that I will not be returning back to this location. HORRIBLE Like no one was willing to help the old lady at theregister at all. And I Verona was waiting for their food over 20 minutes! I?m typing as I sit lol and the manager acts like shedon?t even want to be a manager every situation that came her way was ? if it don?t work we can?t do it? ?!?! Like excuse mema?am? Each time I come to this location the food is horrible!!!! The lemon pepper wings don?t have no seasoning on them and the fries... are soggy and greasy. I have to take my food back every time I order from this location. It need to be closed down or re-vampedand start with mgmt bc this is a huge reflection on them!! Do better!!! My food was good and wait time was good. Cannot say about others that was I'm there. My Cajun Parmesan corn was good and hot.... Something new for me. Workers was very friendly and caring. Even though I didn't wasn't the cajun but with the parmesan a littlespice hit my tongue. Sorry about the picture but it was smelling so good and I was hungry. We went on 12-2-2022 around 11:30am. The young lady at the register was amazing along with another girl that answered questions... too.
