When ordering with door dash they don't always send everything!!! This is the 2nd time I didn't receive a drink I ordered. ????
Went through the drive thru for a quick lunch. Rice was raw in the beefy melt. No meat in a BEEFY 5-layer and no shredded... cheese. Phone is disconnected when we tried to call to let them know about the rice. 5layer was mostly liquid and spilled out ofthe bottom of the tortilla all over my car. It is like this place gradually gets worse and worse. No wonder no one is ever herewhen we go by. It is a wonder this place is still in business. Read more

This was my meal. Had bout 7 half of a full Chips and this was the rest. Thought I would eat my taco with it but it was full... of sour cream with a little meat, Lettuce and cheese. My first and last trip there. Read more

My daughter and I really enjoy picking up snacks from Taco Bell in Hope, AR at any time day or night. The food is almost always... good, except when I specifically ask for fresh Nacho Fries and they give me fries which have probably been under the light justlong enough to lose the heat of fries straight out of the fryer. There are some people working at this location who are simplyamazing. Their customer service skills show how eager they are to please the customer. These people are friendly and genuinelyhappy to help. On the other hand, there are a few people working at this location who are far from friendly and have a badhabit of rushing you as if you are wasting their time. I didn't want to give this location a lower score based on the few badapples, but the Taco Bell in Hope, AR really needs to work with their crew to keep the bad apples from spoiling the bunch. They often have issues accepting credit/debit cards and the chips always taste like chemicals/old grease. They often ask... customers to pull back behind the drive thru window until order is ready. Disappointing and inconvenient. However, I will saythe staff is much friendlier nowadays compared to previous staff. Read more
