Waited in line for almost half an hour and when I got to the front they had 1 type of bread with brown lettuce, spinach, onions... and pickles for toppings. Employee would not let us use the bathrooms, she said they were out of order (both mens and womans). I had three young children... with us on a road trip, and when I asked if we could maybe use the Employee bathroom, she told us it was also out of order. Wewere ordering food, so we were going to be paying customers, but my 3 YO son had to pee so bad, I had to stop the order and weleft. Owners are rude to there staff beyond belief. Especially in-front of their customers. They should feel embarrassed. If you don?t... have the patience to train your staff, your in the wrong business. Money just doesn?t get made by opening a subway. You need torun it with your heart. massive holes in this current ownership.
