Worst.,! Tim Hortons never never ever go here we've waited at the drive-thru for somebody to speak to us said hello hello .... Other people were pulling up. finally gave up and pulled up when we got to the window he insisted he couldn't take orders outthe window after we were stuck in his lineup for 20 minutes. When I asked to speak to the manager he refused over and over.Wasted a half an hour of my life never ever go there. Read more
It always seems chaotic in here every time I pass through, which is once or twice a year! Nothing goes terribly wrong but... nothing ever is right either! Staff are friendly but scattered! The quality of ALL Tim Hortons have really gone downhill. This place was so dirty today. All tables were dirty, the bathrooms... were dirty, behind the counter dirty, and the outside had garbage everywhere. There was about 6 staff members working and it wasNOT busy by any means. I understand good help is hard to find but this blame falls on the owners who obviously don't care enoughto train their employees. Read more
Awesome Tim Hortons location just off of Highway 1. Store was pretty clean and service was pretty good. I was at the end of a... long road trip and was getting tired. And this Tim Hortons hit the spot. The staff were pretty friendly and fast. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst experience I?ve had at a fast food joint in a while? and that?s saying a... lot since we?ve been on the road travelling around in our camper for the last 6 months. The lady taking our order was completelyhelpless and rude. We had to repeat our order 3 times and still on the screen we could see it was incorrect. We also ordered aham egg muffin, which apparently doesn?t exist on the normal menu at Timmy?s. We saw she had charged us an extra $2.50 for ham?and when we questioned it she said they would have to make a custom order. We told her no thanks, not paying double just forham? she told us it was too late and they?d already made the sandwich. We were still in line placing our order! When we pulledforward to get our meal I peeked in the bag to make sure it was all there and then she shouted out the window as we were pullingaway ?next service?. I am absolutely shocked at the level of poor customer service and ineptitude to take a basic order. It?s nowonder the drive thru line up was massive. Amazing experience!!! They were extremely friendly and fast moving. We had a very confusing large order and Katie was adorable... and so sweet while taking it. Very unhygenic and unhealthy to eat here you can clearly see a fly inside food showcase. Saw this bad thing today 12 july at... 3:40 pm and also mentioned this thing to 2 workers there but they did?nt took the action rightaway. Will never come to this timagain! Service was slow. Tables were dirty. There was no bacon on my bagel. My friend got bacon but just a slice. No sleeve on the... coffee cup. No DD to mark it. No napkins. This is not a good Tim Hortons by the looks of it. The overall review score of thisplace is lower than the fast food standard by a few points, so my visit here only backed that up.
