Sat at the speaker for 3 min to order. One labe closed, another open. No one answers. Waited in line and pulled up to the... speaker I was told I could nor place the order and they didn't know who had the headset. Asked to speak to the Mgr who took myorder and then told me I would have to pull up for a medium fry and cheeseburger. I told her don't worry about it and left. Read more
First time at this location. Did not have apple fritters ("they were frozen" @ 11:30), changed order to cookies and had to wait... for them to be cooked, quarter pounder ordered with no cheese and extra ketchup and it came with two pieces of cheese. Thespecial order on top of container was as ordered but prepared incorrectly. Fortunately, we were not in too big off a hurry. Notsure we'll go back. Read more
Ordered all that, you would think we want waters right? Yep you?re right! Well that was a big inconvenience to the initials of... KS. He cut us off while ordering and said pull around. When we approached the window we asked him for two waters. He told us NO,I was in shock. I proceeded to tell him well if you didn?t cut us off we would?ve ordered them at the speaker. Continued to tellus no, I said are you serious.. like the place was dead and he acted like it was a full house of people. He had the biggestattitude while training a girl and talking to us. He had glasses and was very RUDE. Tried to walk inside to talk to a managerbut they all just looked the same lazy and mad looking for no reason. If ya don?t like working at mcds. Get a new job? Plusdon?t act like we ordered a lot when all you have to do is put a burger that?s prolly been cooked for hours on a sheet of paperwith condiments. Life ain?t that hard baby boy. Ordered on the kiosk. Got my number. They started just yelling out what people ordered, not our numbers so it was a bit... confusing. We missed our order cause we sat down and per instructions, we were waiting for our food to be brought to the table.It wasn't until I heard the order for the third time I sent my husband to see if it was ours. It wouldn't have bothered meexcept there was a clump talking and laughing behind the counter. Food was warm, not hot. No tea on the counter, we had to askfor it at the register. The older machines didn't work properly. The cashier preferred to attend his phone instead of customers. Bad presentation food... and place was nasty. Ordered sweet tea and the canister was empty. A disaster. Oh the trash bins were packed with trash and inorder to discard the item we had to compact. I guess I should not expect nothing good. Read more
They call this a chicken deluxe. A few pieces of shredded lettuce and ketchup. Nothing like the Lord?s chicken.
The restaurant was hectic almost chaotic with an influx of travelers. This McDonald's team kept their composure as they worked... to deliver each order. They stayed calm and polite. And...our order was correct. They didn't miss a beat. Kudos for a job welldone. Read more
Was getting a number 7, the lady said I had to use the kiosk, but you can't order a number 7 on the kiosk. So we went outside to... the drive thru, and I had to repeat my order 5 times. The ice cream machine wasn't working, and someone threw a rock at thedrive thru menu, plus the worker didn't tell me how much my order costed. Read more
