I've been waiting for a shower for a half an hour and it keeps showing 8 people ahead of me on the app, I called the fuel desk... and was told that they didn't have any one to clean the showers before 4 pm, I said, this big of a truck stop should havesomeone all day and then she just hang up, by the way, this month is driver appreciation month, what an irony smh Read more
If I could have given negative stars, I would have. From telling me to "call back in 5 minutes", to the manager hanging up on me... TWICE getting an attitude. Customer service is absolute trash, honestly, it would be better to just shut this whole place down.Corporate, if you don't see this, I'll definitely be calling in the AM because this manager shouldnt have that title with herrude attitude. You lost a sale on pizzas and gas, and now a bad review. I don't care what her reason for being rude is, butthere is NO REASON be be rude and hang up on a customer. Read more
No cold water in the showers plus nobody in Dennys they supposed to open at 5:00 am daily and at this time is 6:10 am but nobody... is here so disappointed with this location definitely never come back here again Read more
Stopped here for fuel en route to Florida and it was a nice gas station with more. There is a Denny's on location as well as a... Cinnamon too. The gas station also has its own selection of hot foods like pizza and chicken. It has a range of products inthe store from drinks and snacks to equipment needed to work on vehicles. There are areas for truckers or travelers likelaundry and showers. Overall, not a bad stop and would stop again in the future. Read more
8/29/21 The ladies are really sweet and nice. I didn?t have not one problem. Stores looks really good. Plenty of hot food to... choose from. Fresh coffee. I even had a great waiter in Denny?s (Jessica ). She was attentive even with having a few othertables and running the register. She?s the G.O.A.T. This store didn?t miss a beat. They were speaking to literally everycustomer that walked in and offered help. I didn?t see anyone looking down on their phones. This is how a travel center shouldbe. Oh the shower, I?ve never seen a shower as clean as theirs. I didn?t find any hair or nail clippings, the toilet was superclean. The soap was filled. The water was ????. I really like this store. I arrived late, but surprisingly there were plenty of overnight parking space available for HotShot Namads????????My shower... cabin was sparkly clean with a new efficient showerhead ????????and that lovely artificial flower by the mirror makes me feel athome...Warm regards to all friendly and caring workers of this hospitable Flying J. Friendly staff with great customer service!! Absolutely one of the better flying J"s. Clean restrooms. Shower rooms are clean... and you even get little cup of mints. Great variety of foods and gifts. Read more
Had to go in and pay before we could use the pumps. Main reason why we don?t go to love?s anymore. Thought we were going to have... good pizza based on the pictures and cinnamon rolls and there was no pizza cooked and the cinnamon roll girl was on break,bathrooms were OK.
