Normally really good food and service but todays service was horrible. Over an hour and half wait. Pizza was in quality check... for +30mins. Called 4 times with the last call 25 mins with no answer. Tried to cancel them but couldn?t so driver still showedup at 730 even though I ordered at 6. At least answer the phone and don?t waste peoples time or the food that y?all now haveback at the store. I called them and placed my order for over 4 mins and they hung uo the phone and when I arrived to pick up my order at 11:58pm... for pickup they already had shut down there ovens and the prep area. They had no intentions of fulfilling my order and upon myarrival and walking into the unlocked restaurant before closing obviously they still refused to make my order they wrongfullyavoided and canceled after the fact and than the store manager preceded to say ehile I was on the phone with the GM Doug thatthe oben was in still fact on still and than he recended aftwr I said than why didnt you just make the 3 pizzas he than recantedand said no the ovens were off. It was just a blatant disrepect and failure to provide honest service to the local community. Ihate to say it but I do feel ethnicity in person had to do withbit and I am highly offended and disgusted and as a businessowner myself I will not be doing any further business with this location. The pizza was awesome my son loved like it. The manager took extra care to make it especially for him and he was pleased.... Usually I don't do domino's but if I do I will go out of my way to drive all the way to another city to this one to have herespecially make his pizza, GREAT JOB MRS. NICHOLE! Read more
Ordered 2 medium pizzas on November 28, 2021 at 530pm along with parm bites, cinnamon breadsticks, and a 2 liter coke. The parm... bites and cinnamon breadsticks were okay but the 2 pizzas were horrible. We ordered 1 topping pizzas with Alfredo sauce. Notonly were they cold, but they were overcooked and it tasted like we were eating cardboard. Read more
Just ordered a Brooklyn style Large Ultimate Pepperoni and had ordered the left half with mushrooms. The pizza was good, some... pieces weren't sliced all the way through but the pizza was good. Didn't take long from start to finish... but upset that therewere absolutely no mushrooms on my pizza. Ordered it from the app, quick and easy. Just indifferent that the Brooklyn style wasso thin but the cutter couldn't cut all the way through and the pizza tore when trying to rip it apart and that there were nomushrooms. Read more
Chicken on pizza was robbery, barely any sauce on the pizza, and the cheese dip tasted funny and was not appealing looking at... all. Will not make that mistake again. Read more
