Scheduled a delivery for 6pm (I put the order in at 2pm, so they have known about this upcoming delivery for 4 hours) called at... 6:30pm and with no sign of pizza i decide to call, they say the driver will be at my location "any minute" it is now 7pm, anhour past the time scheduled for delivery and still no sign of pizza. Ordered second time and I've come to conclusion, they don't make it like New Dorkers do. Still good, just smaller pizza with... thicker crust and hardly cooked pepperoni and some of the thicker crust area hardly cooked dough. Maybe Papa John's corporationcan send shoo owners up to Patchogue Rt 112 shop to learn how to make it better and they can come back and teach employees. Read more

Nephew ordered a pizza from here this evening, barely edible, lacking flavor, too doughy. And where was the extra cheese that we... ordered? I actually threw most of my portion in the trash. Would have been better off buying a frozen pizza from Food Lion(would have saved 25 bucks), was genuinely surprised by the lack of quality. I did however like the jalapeño popper balls. Read more
Too doughy, didn't taste very good, genuinely angry that I wasted my money on this-- I don't understand, Papa John's used to be... the best amongst the fast-food pizza chains. What happened ? I did give an extra star tho solely for the kind delivery lady. Read more
We ordered delivery last night, July 1st We ordered a lg pepperoni with extra cheese, pineapple, with a side order of... peppers 25.00 There was 3 pieces of pepperoni, maybe a table spoon of pineapple, no extra cheese, it was a thin crust overcooked Needless to we will not be ordering pizza from papa john anytime soon! I placed my order through the mobile app. My pizza was ready as quoted. I walked in to pick up my pizza and they were slammed.... The person upfront was very friendly and did an amazing job assisting the clients quickly and friendly as possible. The peoplein the back were also busy preparing the food and worked great as team.
