Love their window side pick-up. Ive never been disappointed with pizza hut. Always on the spot. Their pan crust is the best.
The food was disgusting. The cashier was rude. They charged for sauce when it usually comes with wings. They attempted to blame... me for their system failing. My order was wrong and instead of taking accountability the manager attempted to charge me evenmore. I want 8 honey bbq traditional wings and 8 spicy garlic traditional. However I was given boneless and they refused to fixit without an upcharge. I ended up getting a refund. The dough was raw in the center even after waiting an additional 10 minutesfor my order. The customer service. This Pizza Hut was being remodeled and we picked up thru the drive thru. The lady that took care of us at... the window was very friendly, sociable, and attentive to our order. Kindness matters and even though these employees were havingto deal w/the heat and remodeling while they worked where the oven bakes over 200 degrees they all had positive and kindattitudes. Super fast and friendly, love these breadsticks. Pizza hut employee was super nice and was able to accommodate pregnant wife's... request of "all the sauce" defiantly one of the best pizza places in the area only wish they had dairy free options for my wifeso we don't have to order from all the pizza places to get dinner.
