They lucky they even got a star, every business is expected to provide good services and try to accommodate client time. When... you say you the food will arrrive in 45 min, let it be 45 min not a hour and 30 minutes after. This is the 4th time they havedone this. Ordered delivery to work and was promised my order in 45 minutes. After waiting for 50 minutes I called and was told my order... would be there in a few minutes. 10 minutes later I called again and was told there’s only one driver and “it’ll get therewhen it gets there” I would’ve understood the one driver problem but telling a customer it’ll get there when there is nota great way to resolve the problem. You order what the online menu says ..example ..pasta dinner includes bread and side salad ..but they send only the pasta and... when u call they say its extra ..so why have it online stating its included ..Should fix that not just trick people n not beresponsible ... Read more
Monday 6pm 3/31/22, I call to order a couple of Cobb salads with chicken. Which usually the best around. They end result is a... couple of garden salads with chicken. No bacon no egg, nothing either of us desired yet we pay full amount…for something wenever received. This is the 3rd major mistake at this establishment. First time getting take out here and I didn't want may anything fancy so I get chicken fingers. The best I ever had . Light and... crispy and so delicious . Do not skip over these. Also the jalapeno poppers we awesome! If you get the " flavor" chickenfingers just know they toss it in that sauce it doesn't come on the side unless you ask. Read more
