I used to love this place but they?ve gone downhill in terms of options and quality since the merger with Otto burger. It was... sad to see the butcher and cheese part gone and the food quality has declined. We ordered for dine-in and despite that they gaveus a number for the table, we waited a long time for our order only to find out after some confusion of the staff as theycouldn?t find our order, that they had made our order to go and it was waiting in a brown paper bag on a shelf. The burgers weordered were over cooked and buns tasted stale? not worth the price at all. The plethora of delicious dessert options are nowgone. The staff are not as friendly now either. Fortunately they still have the small grocery section in tact. Read more

I love this place. They have many options and all of them are delicious. My favorite so far: the shrimp roll. It combines shrimp... with onions and a special mayonnaise in a super soft bun. Also they have carrot ????juice and other options for drinks. Highlyrecommended ???????? Read more

Listen. I am posting this out of love and because this place is almost amazing. Buy for years I?ve wanted it to be better, and... it just always misses. First things first, about 2/3 of the time they just will forget something from your order. Just makepeace with that and save yourself some agony. That said, The food is MUCH better than it used to be. But the service andatmosphere is a drag. No one is friendly except the one girl who works the coffee station. And their market is confusing. I lovethe butcher but why did they desecrate their cheese selection? Why do they have so much ice cream from red barn? There?s nopredictability about what they have or what their niche is. And Why does this place operate on no charm? Is the owner everthere? This place is just always disappointing, but there?s enough we like about it that we keep going back. So. That?s sayingsomething. Stopped for a morning treat and breakfast with a friend. Had the glazed chocolate donut and was underwhelmed. The donut was dry... and didn't taste at all like chocolate. Rather bland and kind of tastes like vegetable oil. Great place to meet with friends andtalk and food is usually very good. The breakfast was good and the coffee great. Read more

Taste Cafe was awesome. Extremely friendly staff, great food and atmosphere. I ordered the Ruben, when the woman working the... counter came out she said ?I don?t like the way these fries look, I?ll make you new ones?. Well she didn?t have too because thefries were amazing. I appreciate her passion and dedication to making sure the quality of the food is above par. Overall greatexperience in the quaint town of Hopewell. So glad I had some free time to stop in and zen out with some great food andstaff. I will be back with the family! Read more

Came for breakfast. Very friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable folks working the counter service. Delicious coffees and juices.... Pastries and desserts looked insane. The vibe of the place was super cool. Absolutely worth a stop if you?re in the area. Read more

First time here after the nearby blood drive, and read everyone's review beforehand to make my visit. Liked the atmosphere with... festive touch of the winter season. The cashier's take on things wasn't really what I expected after trying to engage in afriendly conversation, but it was fine with everything else. After food shopping, I ordered a lamb burger, soup of the day (beefand bean chili), and a cup of Cortado. Overall it was a nice visit. Read more
