I decided to go with Chanellos tonight. After an hour of waiting ( I am a general manager for another pizza company so I... understand it gets busy) I had my husband call, called 6 times with no answer. Finally the driver called me and said he had mypizza but was not able to get on base (Fort Lee). He was very polite, the issue though is that I ordered for delivery and pay adelivery charge. I shouldn?t have to get into my car to meet the driver. My second issue is that you shouldn?t allow militaryfamilies on base to order pizza if your driver doesn?t have base access. Hopewell Chanellos man yelling at me on the phone stating that he could not do a u turn in front of Fort Lee Jackson Circle. I... said sir I will stand at the round about so you don?t need to come in to the straight away. He screamed emphatically he couldnot! He yelled on the phone in my ear, and I told him not to be ignorant; that he could google earth it, and lost a loyalcustomer. Sir here is the pic of the round about so you can later help people out. I never write reviews but I read them before spending my hard earned money so hopefully this helps someone. Took a while for... them to make my order which I couldn?t complain about bc I was expecting proper food. When it arrived the wings were pale, friescold (didn?t expect them to be oven hot but they shouldn?t have been that cold I don?t live far away) and literally no steak onthe cheesesteak. Not kidding?? My husband really enjoy the white Philly pizza and the wings. The cheese bread was kind of bland. The chicken garden salad... wasn?t bad but they put way too much cheese on it. They also forgot the salad dressing and then gave use sweet dessert icinginstead of blue cheese with the wings. Read more
