Hands down the worst dominos experience I have ever had. I ordered at 7:00 pm and driver rang my doorbell at 10:45 pm. I had... called many times to cancel as it was so late, we ordered elsewhere but nobody ever bothered to answer. I went in the next dayto insist on refund and manager said it's not our fault we don't have enough drivers. I again demanded a refund and he got an attitude with me and said "whatever". Every time we ordered delivery we get a call stating the store doesn?t have a driver that we will have to pick up the order. (... if there is no way to deliver you?d think delivery would be paused on their website ) was told I?d be refunded for the extrapricing of getting delivery and never got reimbursed. Tonight I placed a Togo order and picked up and Priscilla checked me outwith such attitude and didn?t want to give me ranch for my wings, nor a receipt after checking out. She pointed to the back andsaid the ticket was the receipt. Will not be returning. This dominos has gone down hill. Read more

Cannot resonably describe the level of delivery failure without keeping it clean. So lets just say my 5 year old child could... have baked the food and delivered it on foot far faster that this placed ever could. We've fried to be understanding in the pastwith this issue. But at this point, management/ownership needs to step up, grow up, and correct this. 2 hours from order toestimated delivery is flat out reprehensible. Read more
This is my first experience with dominos. Pizza was to be delivered. Placed order at 4:56pm and at 6:26 pizza had not even... been started. Husband tried countless time to call but no one ever answered phone. Never did business and no one answeredtheir business phone. So husband decided to go up there. There were a lot of other people up there for the exact same reason. And Rex the manager could not really explain what was going on. Husband said he was even lying. Ordered pizzas and wings just shy of 9pm with a estimated delivery time of 18-28 minutes. It is now 11:04pm. My pizzas... supposedly came out of the oven at 9:44pm being checked by Rex (who is a manager according to the website). That's the lastupdate I can get from the dominos app. I have called the store 5 times now, letting the phone ring for 10 minutes straight atone point. I just had AJ as my delivery driver and I have to say how much I appreciate such excellent customer service! He had outstanding... manners and went above and beyond for this mama and her house of little boys on a Friday night! Pizza was delicious and hot, butagain AJ deserves a pay increase or bonus at the least for such amazing service! Thank you again AJ!! Read more
