If some (not all) employees would put just minimum effort, it would be a lot better but my food was burnt and the way they... placed it in the bag made it fall out of its container. They see what they put in the bag and that's the service they werewilling to provide. I shouldn't have to ask for the food to be redone if you can see it's burnt. Other than that it's an okestablishment but I would choose wisely from their menu.. something simpler persay. Read more

If I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars. Everytime I come here the staff is rude and forgetful. I mean everytime!... Once and a while that's whatever it happens having a rough day but everytime is ridiculous. We love Dunkin's but we rarely getit anymore because every time it's awful to go. Yens are liars and a disgrace to Dunkin?! Today is coffee day and I have been emailed a free coffee with any purchase. Well the... genius at the drive through told me that he would not honor the offer and that the app doesn?t work at any location so I mustpay. I told him never mind and he didn?t seem to care about losing a customer. I didn?t believe him so I went to anotherlocation and received my free coffee. I photographed the proof along with the receipt to show him that he is a liar. I wouldlike him removed from the premises immediately since he lied to consumers and does not take the time out of his day to work theapp properly when an 84 year old has trouble using it! Read more
I would highly recommend NOT going here! An employee told me to repeatedly go kill myself knowing I suffer mental health issues.... I then contacted the higher ups and it was suggested to not go there if she's there! Woah! No more of my money will be spentthere. First - Amber is amazing. She usually is there in the morning and ALWAYS makes our coffee the best. 5/5 for her. Only 4 stars... because whenever amber isn't there the coffee isn't horrible but it's not the same. I've never been inside, the drive throughitself has a giant pit hole though so be careful, it's kinda tight as well I can only take my car through so when I'm driving mytruck it won't fit.
