Friend had talked about this place so we decided to give it a go for our anniversary dinner. The place is in a great location on... the water away from the city. The staff was tentative and extremely friendly. And the food most definitely did not disappoint.Hubs got the fish and chips. The size of the fish was massive and cooked week. I got the ahi BLT and it too was delicious. Weplan on coming back for a wind down evening of drinks and maybe to see the bands in the future. Read more
Amazing view, location, and atmosphere. However, food was extremely delayed. Simply put, the food is not impressive and was... served cold, after waiting an hour and a half. I would not recommend this place to anyone for dinner. I would however recommendthis as a place to hang out with friends to grab drinks on the outdoor lower deck/bar area. Read more
Service could have been a bit better but they were busy. The pretzel Appetizer was good and the peel and eat shrimp were fine.... The mermaid water drink was really good. However, previously I went there and was highly disappointed that the crab cakesandwich was a horrible breaded frozen kind of patty that was no where near worth $8.00 much less $18. Also, I am allergic toonions and specifically asked and they had told me it had no onions in it, yet I found an onion in it. The best part was thebeautiful sunset. Read more
Ambiance and location is great. The food is average. I ordered crab cake benedict with potatoes. The potatoes came out cold. I... reordered more and they were lukewarm on outside and cold inside. The manager explained that they are cooked to ordered. It’sno way when they came out in less then two minutes. I had to ask for a discount for the error off the potatoes I did not eat. We had a reservation for Sunday at 3:15pm. We were seated almost immediately. Beware, the parking lot is small but they do have... valet parking for an added cost. I loved the openess of the restaurant and the view was I credible. Very relaxing. We orderedappetizers. 2 orders Calamari, Crab dip and wings. The Calamari was overcooked. Both orders. The crib dip was basic and the cribmeat was minced which was disappointing. The sweet wings were a hit with the table though. But we had 2 ideas for 2 individualsand they put both orders on the same plate. It took 40 minutes to get our appetizers! But we were like okay. But our food ordertook 1 hour & 1/2 to come! No fault of the waitress but I was disappointed! We ordered the hit chicken sandwich which my nieceloved, 3 hangover burgers which was very, very good and a breakfast platter. The potatoes were burnt and they crucified hereggs. The eggs were cooked beyond hard! I was over it! Our checks came and they were wrong. We had to send them back a few timesand just hot tired. I had water but was charged fir a lemonade and I just paid for it because I was over the experience. Theyput another person's food on our tab so it took a while to get that corrected. What turned the whole disappointment around wasthe view and being able to stand on the little deck and watch the water. I give it a 3 out of 5 stars. 2 for the food and Iadded 1 star fir the view. The establishment location is what makes it very special. They have both main floor,and basement/dock seating of your choice. A bar With their own brew, and some signature dishes. Time your visits accordingly,otherwise mass confusion of orders causes major delays. Came here with a group of Colleagues, from the beginning our reservationhad issues and 3 orders made never came. Overall, a wonderful location and scenery, but they require to fix organization anddevelop a better system for people's orders. Read more
Above and beyond food and service! Myself and my wife ordered the all you can eat crab and shrimp and our daughter got kids... cheeseburger and fries. They were pretty busy but our waitress Brittany went above and beyond. Basically the 1st serving withthe all you can eat they bring out a cluster of crab legs and a handful of shrimp as well as a baked potato and a 1/2 corn onthe cob and all following requests are only crab leg and shrimp unless you ask otherwise. Good people here well worth the tryand great pricing. Will return again next week! Read more
