CONSTANTLY 20 minutes behind. Always have to ask if you're order is ready or not. Place used to be great, now it's horrible.
This store is the most overworked and understaffed location I have ever been to. I have literally NEVER been able to get a hot... and ready pizza? just HOT! Its not the fault of the employees who did show to work, but the lack of available hands toefficiently operate this facility. The staff that was on duty is the only reason for the stars given! Pizza was good when I didget it, but GET THESE GUYS SOME HELP! Read more
Long wait time and terrible customer service I would advise going to another location or a different pizza place entirely
Wait time is ridiculous. Employees don't wear their uniforms, counters are dirty, horrible customer service. Waiting an hour for... what's supposed to be hot and ready. Little caesars has down down hill so fast. 0/10 don't go here. There's a domino's not farand 100% better. Read more

I've only been to one other Little Caesars in the two years I've lived in Va. And let's just say I remembered how long it had... been since I stopped going to the other one once I ordered a 3 meat classic and got the price????. This location is much better5o me. The employees weren't all loud and rambunctious. They actually looked as if they cared to get my order taken right the1st time. My food was brought out in a timely manner and it was basically perfect. I'm talking ever corner cover in toppings andI didn't even order extra anything. Most of all my son's cheese pizza really looked as a cheese pizza should. He's only 7, butwhen he's back to eating his favorite kind of pizza with no problems, then they are a winner for me!
