Well I am happy with the evening staff,they are always friendly. As for the ones there at lunch ,FORGET IT ,they drag their feet... with your order ,they will get an attitude when you ask about your order ,even if it's been made and is just needing to bebagged . Read more
By far the most friendliest and helpful McDonald?s I?ve ever visited. The guy that placed our order helped us carry our food to... the table. He treated us like we were in a sit down restaurant with waiters. I?ve worked in the customer service business all mylife, and this McDonald?s knows how to provide a excellent customer service. The drive through staff were friendly. The fries and coke were delicious. The cheeseburgers were dried out.
Most of the workers here are respectful. Much better than the one in Colonial heights at that. Foods always hot at least for me,... hopefully it continues to be that way. I don?t recommend you order at night because people are tired and ready to get off and gohome. Read more

I went to this establishment when the other McDonald's was slow and backed up in the drive-through. Good fast courteous service,... food was good overall it was a good experience. Read more
