By far the most friendliest and helpful McDonald?s I?ve ever visited. The guy that placed our order helped us carry our food to... the table. He treated us like we were in a sit down restaurant with waiters. I?ve worked in the customer service business all mylife, and this McDonald?s knows how to provide a excellent customer service. The drive through staff were friendly. The fries and coke were delicious. The cheeseburgers were dried out.
Most of the workers here are respectful. Much better than the one in Colonial heights at that. Foods always hot at least for me,... hopefully it continues to be that way. I don?t recommend you order at night because people are tired and ready to get off and gohome. Read more
Nope. Nope. Nope. Will not be returning. The wait time at the Drive thru once we placed our order was ridiculous!! Come on... McDonald's. Two separate lines and excruciatingly slow service. We all know what to expect in the service industry since thePandemic but this was excessive. And to top off my poor experience, our fries were cold!! We stopped on the way back from our Disney Band trip. We arrived at 1230 lunch time with a bus of about 50. Staff was very... friendly and we all got our food fast. The staff was extra friendly and customer service was a all time high. Over 40 years ofworking in retail customer service this was one of the best experiences anywhere I witnessed.
