Gave 1 star just so I could leave this review. I ordered on 3-19-22. I was charged 63.08, this was a Saturday. On Monday it... cleared my account on 3-21-22. The following day, on 3-22-22 I see another charge for the same amount. I call my bank and I'minformed that Papa John's has charged me AGAIN. So I call and speak to a girl named Rose, she says she's the manager. Tell herabout it, she's asks for my number and tells me I haven't ordered since February 20th. When clearly I did, or I wouldn't havebeen charged. I want my money back, I will be contacting a lawyer! Read more
Ordered online 1.5 hours ahead of time. Arrive at 7 as scheduled, get told it?s not ready yet I see 5 pies sitting there. After... waiting 10 minutes for my pizza to get cold they ask my name again and sure enough those 5 pies are mine. Nicely done papa Johns???????????????????????????????? Read more

i paid 40$ for food that i never got. tried calling the store to talk to someone and every time they hung up on me. tried to... talk to the online support chat and they told me that if i couldn?t reach the store i could fill out a corporate complaint formand someone would ?eventually get back to me?. edit: i?m still waiting on someone to get back to me. don?t order from here.hopefully management can get it together one day. Good pizza, great deals! I used to love them, and couldn't figure out why I stopped. Finally I ate a piece of the kid's pizza... from there, and realized I really didn't like the pepperoni they use. Now I always order "cheese" only, with light sauce, bcthey use way too much sauce. I recommend ordering online, bc they have better specials and I see people saying they got theirorder wrong, but I order online and they have NEVER gotten my order wrong, and I order from there a few times a week. Once Iactually typed the order in wrong and they remade my pizza free. They gave my pizza to the wrong person once, and to make up forit they gave me a free drink. I always pick up, so I can't speak on their delivery, but I've never gotten poor customer servicehere. Read more

They need to schedule more than 1 cook and 1 driver on a friday night. And dont buy the ny style crust or shaq attack pizza,... stick with the original crusted pizzas. Read more
