I'd like to start by saying how amazing our bar drinks were.. Spot on, perfect! An excellent bartender!! However, that is the... only positive thing I can say. We were sat at a dirty table in a dirty section of the restaurant. After our drinks weredelivered and dinner order was taken, we never saw anyone again. We didn't receive the waters we ordered or have silverwarebrought to our table. We finished our drinks and waited another 20 minutes before walking out. We even went outside and smoked acigarette hoping when we got back, maybe our drinks would be refreshed or SOMETHING. I've worked in restaurants and bars forover 20 years and I've never had an experience like this or walked out of an establishment before! This happened 10/20/2022around 7pm. Unfortunately I cannot answer the questions. We came in and waited to be seated for about ten minutes. Two servers walked by... and never spoke to just acknowledge our presence. Also I'm sure the manager or whoever it was that was standing outside nearthe back entrance saw us park and enter. He also looked our way once inside but proceeded to go back outside. Upon leaving hewatched us leave and never said anything. I have enjoyed Ruby Tuesday for over 20 years but now I see why most of them haveclosed. Read more
Wait staff was kind and polite, but they were definitely understaffed. The overall experience was very poor. The salad bar was... poorly stocked and not clean, the tables and windows were visibly dirty, and the bathroom was a disaster. One of the two stallswas out of order, and it smelled so bad that we could detect the odor while we were eating in the dining area. Our server wasattentive, but everything else was subpar. Two stars is probably generous, but I feel bad for the employees. Read more
4 star only exception was the extended wait for the drinks and food. We were given a complimentary salad bar in return of the... delayed wait. It helped make up the hunger from a 12 hour shift but rice was hard from waiting so long to bring it out I assume.Would have been a 5star on a good trip. Read more
We should have skipped this place. Interior is dirty everywhere you look so makes you wonder how bad the kitchen is. Employee... stocking the salad bar wasn't wearing gloves and rearranging food items bare handed. That same employee was seen several timeswalking around the restaurant with their brightly colored underwear hanging out from the top of his low hanging pants. Food wasok, waitress was friendly but neither of these things can make up for the grossness. Read more
This place was wonderful. Our waitress was sweet and on top of her game. I ordered the salmon and they cooked it perfectly. I... was sitting there eating and doing my happy dance. Loved the atmosphere, had great music and overall just a great experience.After the ordeal I had at a previous restaurant this was a wonderful change. Read more
The rib eye steak and salad was good. The broccoli tastes like a metal pan. The baked potato was barely warm wouldn't even melt... butter. The restaurant looks smells and feels old. And the air conditioner doesn't work very well at all Read more
