Went into the store because drive thru line was extremely long. Not busy inside and I only ordered coffee. They had a lot of... online orders but I waited at least 15 minutes for coffee. I walked in this Starbucks at 6 pm about a month ago. I was immediately greeted by Britney. Her customer service skills are... amazing and she truly deserves a raise. The whole dining experience was simply amazing! I highly recommend this superb coffeespot. Read more
Stopped well traveling through to Myrtle Beach have to say was the most amazing experience watching The efficiency of the team... working together also the food was some of the best compared to other Starbucks that I?ve been at the place it self I love dueto it being laid out and decorated for our military folks. Disappointed in the customer service. I completed a mobile order online and picked up through the drive-thru. I had to wait... additional time because my order was given to the vehicle in front of me. There were no accommodations for my inconvenience ifhaving to wait additional time. Read more
I love this Starbucks and go almost everyday but when you pay 12.53 for two drinks and take the top off and not get a full cup... it?s very upsetting. So from now on before I pull away from the window I will always open my drinks to make sure that I get whatI paid for. Read more
My favourite Starbucks store so far! Extraordinary clean, very beautiful decorated in the inside and cozy. Additionally it has a... good amount of seating possibilities, great WiFi and good bathrooms. If you are interested in trying a new drink try the "saltedcaramel cream cold brew", I thought it was delicious! Like in every Starbucks: Coffee is great. Prices are high. The effortstaken to minimise the use of plastic is disappointing and they could do so much more! Read more
Probably one of the best Starbucks I?ve ever been too and maybe I?m biased since I frequent it quite often but it?s a great... place to get your coffee fix. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. I typically order on the app and just go through thedrive thru; however, the inside of it is nice and clean. They make some of the best drinks compared to other Starbucks in thearea so I highly recommend. Update: recently renovated and still better than ever. Read more
You would think a regular menu item without any special requests would not require you to pull forward to get it. If I want to... pull forward for my drive thru order I could just go to McDonald's. This is not the first time I have had to pull forward for acoffee. Read more
