The worse Waffle House experience ever. I knew it was bad when we went in and everything looked hectic, but that's what we like... about waffle houses. They always seem chaotic, but food is always fast and good, but this location was chaotic beyond chaotic.We witnessed 3 arguments between workers, which lead us to realize this was a bad decision. It took 15 minutes to get coffee weordered and we never got our ice waters. After another 15 minutes food comes out and isn't right. Delivered partial of somefood. We start eating expecting the rest to come. After another 10 minutes of the rest of food not coming we ask for manager.That was a mistake because he was rude. Asked us if we wanted the food or not because it was our choice. Huh?? Why would weorder if we didn't want the food. We would like our food to come out at the same time, so if that is asking too much, pleaseforgive us. We were waiting on 2 orders of bacon, 2 waffles and chicken melt. Now mind you they were cooking bacon ahead by thedozen pieces and they were just sitting there, so how do we not get bacon with our plates? Just a disaster so we just walked outthe restaurant to keep from showing out. Stay away from this location. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Have been trying to eat here for 3 days should've just never came back after the 1st day. Rude... employees, 4 cooks and 1 server? That's wild. Half the tables were empty and we (party of 2) were told the other half of thetables were closed and we couldn't be seated at all, not even if we waited. Guess they don't like tips ???????. I love every single Waffle House that I've been to. Usually understaffed and working their tails off, these folks make my day... every single time. Thank you for your hard work! And BTW their breakfast is great! Read more
Stopped in for breakfast. Hubby ordered the steak n eggs, I had the $5 eggs n grits breakfast. Mine was fine. Hubby said the... steak tasted "off" we didn't want to be "those people" who complain so he just left it on the plate. Waitress (who was wonderfulby the way) noticed he didn't eat the steak and asked why. He told her it tasted "off" she immediately offered to have anothermade, we declined as he was full but she did take it off the bill and asked the cook to check on the steaks. This is a pretty average waffle house. This is the one I usually go to and the food really depends on who you get as a waitress.... Some of the waitresses are better than others. Overall the food is decent if your waitress remembers to tell the chef to cookall of it. Read more
I couldn't be more appreciative. The food was served fresh off the grill as each thing was prepared. It was not a long wait.... Tables were cleaned several times. When I came in I mentioned that it was my son's bday and they gave us a special surprise.Highly recommended. Read more
Good experience: The staff was very friendly and courteous. Meal was prepared and delivered fast. The restaurant was... clean....there was a staff member outside sweeping the parking lot immediately Infront of the store. FOOD: Don't expectgormet; This is a waffle house. STAFF: The waitress helping me was very attentive, ensured I had what I needed and I wassatisfied with my meal and service. THE NEGATIVE: The sugar, syrup, and ketchup containers were not the cleanest. They are"community" served vs individual packets. OVERALL: Good experience. I would go back. Read more
While my parties drink was brought to them mine came late. The hamburger came without lettuce tomato pickles even though these... things were ordered. I asked that the hash browns be cooked well done they were not. One mayonnaise was brought for the otherparty sitting at my table, I received none. The waitressing seemed aggravated when she was asked for more mayonnaise. Whenchecking out at the register, the cashier was looking and talking to people behind and beside him while reaching Forward to dobusiness with me. I normally tip very well. I did not tip anything here. The hamburger was primarily soybean I believe, and itwas cooked to a crisp. I eat at waffle house anytime I'm traveling. This waffle House was a disappointment. Read more
