My mother just bought something for 3.29; owners got a sign up that says you gotta spend 5 dollars or more to use a card.... Instead of refusing the sale like any other business would, dude sneakily charged her 5 dollars for a small cup of ice cream.Place is greasy, both physically and ethically. Ice cream was ok. However the business is for sale so you can tell the owners aren?t putting much into it. Carvel is a decent... brand but dated. The kids had different flavor soft/hard ice cream. Had a weird consistency. Somewhere between soft and hardice cream. Let?s be honest it?s hard to go wrong with ice cream however the food and experience were simply average. Read more
Ice cream is always good. The staff are very nice and out going. It's in a main area parking is good. The bathroom is never... available which if you have kids is not good. Read more
I?ve never been treated so rudely by an owner and staff. The store is dirty and in severe need of updating. I ordered a sunade off of doordash, but it only came listed with vanilla soft serve and I prefer chocolate. I called them asking... if I could switch it and the lady who answered the phone was SO nice and happily did it. Wonderful customer service! Read more
The owners are usually the ones (or part of the team) working, and they're always very nice to the customers. We love getting... their ice cream cakes for birthdays, etc. (Fudgie the Wale!). Their Sundae Dashers are amazing- try the mint Oreo cookie one! Read more
Classic Carvel ice cream was a treat for me today. Unfortunately I was over charged. I ordered a small soft serve w fudge &... sprinkles Instead of charging me a sundae price the employee added 2 additional items on my receipt for the fudge n sprinkles.
