Great food, in particular, probably the best steak quesadilla I've ever had. A bit on the expensive side, but for both dine in... and takeout, they do a great job offering consistently delicious food. I have enjoyed the empanadas, quesadillas, burritos andtacos. Haven't had a bad meal yet. Seating inside can be difficult, depending on what time you arrive. It is a small placewith limited tables. The outdoor seating helps expand table availability. Read more
Driving down the Taconic after a Sunday afternoon hike, this was the first restaurant my husband and I found that was open on... our way home and what a find it was!!! The staff was warm and welcoming, decor was colorful, fun, and plentiful but not tacky,and the food and drinks ???? just so good! Our guava margarita and Bonita y m… I can’t remember the whole name, but theywere delicious. My husband loved the shrimp ceviche and taquitos. I was pleasantly surprised to find lots of multiple meatalternatives available and loved the Mexican style tacos with soy al pastor. Definitely worth a trip back up to Hopewell justfor Casa Mexico! The establishment is new, immaculate, and even more importantly, the food was VERY on-point AND fresh! The service from our... young, female waitress was excellent. We were just passing through town on our way home and tried it and were beyond pleased. Wewill surely return if/when out that way again. The only flaw is not being able to see it from the road. I suggest a nice-sizedsign out near the road. Read more
Atmosphere is great and the food is even better! Rare for a Mexican restaurant to have both but this place is the whole package!... I highly recommend the mango habanero margarita, chicken fajitas, and the churros! Everything we’ve had has been delicious. Anew weekly go-to! Read more
Me and my boyfriend went there for the first time and we had a very good experience. I had a white sangria and a taco salad. My... boyfriend had a red sangria and a burrito with carnitas pork. The price for the tacos is a ripoff, you get a small tortilla sprinkled lightly with meat then showered in toppings . Everything... is expensive for no reason. We came in starving and left starving. Food was easily a 1/5 the only thing going for it is itsatmosphere. Read more
