Usually loved coming here, never had a bad experience but the one worker ( think her name is Sheryl, tall, oldish, & blonde) was... EXTREMELY rude. I grew up off of Lake Walton Road and have fond memories of walking down to Joe's (Yules) as a special treat in the summer time.... The sound of the gravel crushing mixed with the smells of the grill. Great times. Now-a-days Joe's is a bit too crowded for meso it is the first place I think of for a fun lunch on a quiet monday or online pickup order. My personal favorites are the(sliced and cooked) hotdogs with the milkshake. (Perry's ice cream) I also can recommend the French fries, the triple deckerblt and the fried shrimp meal. Check them out. I've always placed my order on Joe's website so I have not had to deal with wait times. My order is always ready and fresh at... the expected pickup time. Thus far I've tried the chili cheese dog, a seasonal milkshake, a seasonal chocolate coveredcheesecake slice and one of the ice cream flavors and can say each one was outstanding and did not disappoint! Simply the BEST ice cream spot in Dutchess County. Nothing else compares. And they come out with specialty shakes that are as... Instagram worthy as they are delicious. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because of the food and atmosphere,which is alright but not the best. Come for the ice cream though, you won't regret it. Read more

Stopped for ice cream late afternoon after a couple hours biking the Dutchess County Rail Trail. Quick service, accurate order,... plenty of signage about social distancing and the space to do it! Will definitely visit again! Read more
Stopped by here for a quick bite after leaving the nearby apple orchards. Wasn't super hungry so just ended up grabbing some... french fries and ice cream, both of which were good. The menu is quite big for a place this size. Lots of ice cream flavors tochoose from. It is located right off the main road. There is a decent amount of parking space available as well as outdoorseating. (picnic benches) There are a few kiddie rides there as well. One thing that stood out that I love seeing is businesshaving friendly, helpful and respectful young people working there. All staff we encountered were very nice. I would definitelyrecommend this place to anyone in the area. With the massive menu, there really is something for everyone. Happy environment! Read more
