Not sure what happened, the Fino came with regular mozzarella it was very rich with cheese but the taste was terrible. Staff was... instructed to use the wood oven they said its ok will do it in the wood oven (this is how they are sold in the menu) but no itwas done in the regular oven. Was i supposed to instruct them to use fresh mozzarella? Go on their web it says freshmozzarella. I encourage the owner to make the 2 different pizzas the advertised and the one i got and than have them side byside take one slice of the advertised and then only eat the one he sold me while looking at the GOOD one! I was trying toswitch from Giacomo's because they also slowly dropping the ball so my wife finally agreed to give it a go with Mike and Joe, Iguess I'm to picky ill just have to make them at home, its just the summer having the oven heated with the two 60 pound steelplates inside on a 90 degree weather... On the upside, very good food at fair price, served in short order. Clean facilities, including the bathroom. Ample parking in... the lot out front, or in the building's rear. However, the cashier also mans the telephone, so you could be waiting a while ifsomebody is placing long orders by telephone. No utensils issues for dine-in, and when requested, for a slice of cheesecake youare given humongous soup spoons! Drafty inside (review conducted during winter), but an air conditioner was observed, so maybeduring summer it is more pleasant. Read more

I'm from buffalo and yall know we are famous for our pizza and wings - let me say, the wood fire pizza with fresh mozzarella is... by far THE BEST pizza I have ever had in my entire life and I promise, I am not exaggerating one bit.
