I have been going to this store for a long time. The man behind the counter was always ok and pleasant. But I never liked to be... served by the woman. She seems to be annoyed all the time, doesn?t give enough of the meat and when she wraps the sandwiches,she does that angrily, carelessly. So half of it it?s all over the paper and out. Sometimes the sauce on the top was of aquestionable quality. I always like to use my Subway card to get the discount tokens and most of the time the tokens would neverappear on my account. Last time I went there and ordered one foot long and 6? sandwich just with the meat, cheese and sauce andno other additives, it came to nearly $22.00!!!!!! I was surprised with the price and I refused to pay that. As I was leaving,the woman was yelling after me what was she supposed to do with it because she already made it. I didn?t care. I refuse to beripped off. I know, that prices are higher everywhere but I still think that nearly $22.00 for a sandwich and half iswrong. Every other store charges less and gives you the discount. went and got 2 foot longs both with double protein, but once I got home I realized the sandwich should have been much bigger. I... returned and argued because i paid over $30 for two skinny subs, and the man behind the counter was incredibly rude. I calmlyasked for him to fix it or a refund but he proceeded to get loud and argue with me saying ?you watched me make it?. After almost10 minutes I ended up getting my refund but I had to fight for it. Please save your time and money and go to any other subway inthe area. Not alot of business so I don't trust the food to be fresh. The owner is always trying to cut corners which should not happen... where you go and get your food. They don't accept coupons. The last time I went to this location their fountain sodas tastedlike they had mold in them which means they're not cleaning the machines like they should Read more

The woman that works (and perhaps owns) this place is so incredibly rude.. I cannot believe they are still in business. She was... absolutely awful to deal with and my 12 year old son was so upset at how brash she was after I asked her a question about acurrent promotion (that every other Subway is running except hers, of course). When I worked across the street at the old William Tell I would stop in this subway for lunch every week. I started in 1998 and... feel like the Subway was brand new. This was long before Jared and 5 dollar footlongs. If i remember correctly the originalstore was decorated like a NYC Subway Station. I remember they used to cut a wedge out of the top of the bread rather than thanslice it like they do now. Somewhere along the way (2003?) it was sold to the current owners. I recently was in the area andstopped in for a sub. I had not been in since William Tell burned down in 2015 Same owners working and after many years theyrecognized me and knew my name (he always called me teacher) and remembered the sub I always would order. The entire experienceleft me feeling like I was from a very small town. But Hopewell isn't a small town anymore ... These amazing business ownersjust make you feel like it is.
